From Woodward and Bernstein to Ben Domanech

From Woodward and Bernstein to Ben Domanech

The President visits the funeral of a Communist By:
Augustine

And phones in a message to the March for Life.
I think we can get a little pissed about this.

This story shall the good man teach his

Jim Brady of the Washington Post hires a racist to represent Republicans. Wonder how D.C.'s predominantly black populace will feel about that.
Is Ben Domanech “Augustine”?

Via the
News Blog
, we've got the above charming assessment of Coretta
Scott King
. As Steve Gilliard reminds us, D.C.'s large black population isn't likely
to appreciate resurrecting this hackneyed smear through a new hire. You ask, what's the
relevance here? Who is Augustine?

According to Steve Gilliard, “Augustine” is Ben Domanech, the
most recent hire of Jim Brady & Co. at the Washington Post online division, representing online the once venerable newspaper. As one savvy
lady
offers, which is something that crossed my mind, but which she verifies,
the Post is trying to broaden their readership base into the young and hip.
I wonder what Katharine Graham is doing right about now. Since when does young
and hip include the ignorant, intellectually lazy and the RACIST?

Martin Luther King, Jr. was smeared through his association with
several aides who were accused of having ties with the Communist Party, U.S.A. As any intelligent person knows, it was the HUAC hearings that helped “expose” King's associates, but F.B.I. wiretaps helped, with King urged to disassociate himself
from the men. But as anyone who also reads history knows, HUAC was discredited because
of the means used to coerce witnesses, among other things. When the F.B.I. couldn't
get King they went after the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, which
Dr. King and Reverend
Lowrey
founded together. In the end, however, no ties whatsoever could be
found between Dr. King and the Communist Party, U.S.A. It was simply Hoover's
daily dream to wrap King up in a tight ball and neuter his influence, because
he was driving whitey nuts.

Domanech is a racist pissant to posture such a smear, which he
does in the most cowardly way, through an alias in a RedstateRacist comment
section. This is the way of Red America, slur in the dark, where the smear
merchants can hide and have anonymity because they are weak. It's swiftboating by geek means. This is whom Jim
Brady and the Washington Post online have chosen to represent Red America. A
racist ignoramus who dredges up decade old lies about the “first lady of
civil rights,” Coretta Scott King. This is the representative of Republicans. It proves that the southern strategy is alive and well at the Washington Post.

The Post has gone from Katharine Graham and Ben Bradlee to Jim Brady, Deborah
Howell and Hal Straus. To Woodward and Berstein to the racist ramblings of Ben
Domanech
, who is so cowardly and weak he doesn't even have the courage of his
convictions to come right out and say it in the light of day, prove his point
and make his case, which would get him pushed aside as the miscreant racist he evidently is. One wonders when Mr. Domanech's racist ramblings will make their way on to his Red America Post blog. We all know they won't, because Republicans do their racist tap dance out of the light of day.

Jim Brady and the Post have chosen to diss their large black paying
readership by hiring a paid punk who can perhaps bring in the young and hip
Republican readership, as long as those people are ignorant of history and RACIST.

How much further can the Washington Post fall? Or will Ben Domanech deny he is “Augustine”? Will anyone believe him if he does?
