Bush’s Greatest Triumph: Catching a Fish?

Bush's Greatest Triumph: Catching a Fish?

Asked by Germany's Bild am Sonntag newspaper what he considered to be his
greatest triumph, President Bush replied: “I've experienced many
great moments. It's hard for me to name the greatest.”
He went
on: “I would say that the best moment of all came when I caught
a seven-and-a-half pound perch while fishing on my lake.”

Landing
a big fish: as good as it gets for Bush

Mission accomplished! Look what I caught.
Bush Approval at 31%.

I've been fishing before. It's a lot of fun, minus getting up at sunrise, which
is never easy for me. I'm a night owl. But catching a fish a triumph? Catching
a fish your greatest or best moment?

Now consider you're the leader of the free world.

Keep in mind that means you are George W. Bush.

Come to think of it, maybe catching a fish is his greatest… best moment.
He sure hasn't caught anything else.
