Here's the latest voter suppression by Rove, Mehlman and the Allen campaign, which has targeted Virginia voters. A voicemail recording of RNC thuggery. The text is below.
\”This message is for Timothy Daly. This is the Virginia Elections Commission. We've determined you are registered in New York to vote. Therefore, you will not be allowed to cast your vote on Tuesday. If you do show up, you will be charged criminally.\”
Simple. Direct. Effective.
By the way, the person who sent this to me also added that Daly has been registered to vote in Virginia since 1998 and has voted several times with no problems. He filed a complaint with the Commonwealth's attorney in Arlington.
Oh, and don't forget Mary Matalin is part of George Allen's campaign. Ties it all in a bow, doesn't it?
