The Snub Bites Obama

Today on “Morning Joe.”

AXELROD: In this environment, every single thing can be inflated and interpreted
and will in a political — in a hyperpolitical light. But- it is what I suggested.
I think it’s understandable that he would not want to stand there with Senator
Kennedy as if he were– lording it over her. I, I, I you know, I understand
that instinct.

How can you tell if David Axelrod is bending the truth? His lips are moving.

But seriously, is this guy kidding? “Lording it over her”? It’s one endorsement, not the crowning
of the king. What is this high school?

Unfortunately for Obama’s fixer, The Snub problem just got worse, because Obama just told a whopper; you know, like when he lied about his lobbyist running his New Hampshire campaign. Obama’s fairy tale spin is what makes photo art invaluable.

“I was turning away because Claire [McCaskill] asked me a question, as Senator Kennedy was reaching for her [Clinton],” Obama said.

Nice try, but uh, no. Pictures tell the true tale. In the first photo it doesn’t take a non-partisan to see that McCaskill’s mouth is shut, tightly, no question being asked of Obama. The rest of the pictures speak for themselves.

It’s time for Barack Obama to face reality, instead of digesting his press clippings. He’s just not that likable. Pictures don’t lie.
