How much does a 30-second Superbowl spot cost?
A whole bunch of bloggers are calling this “blogroll amnesty day,”
weekend, whatever. Playing my usual contrarian role, I chose a different title.
I also don’t have any history whatsoever with how this all got started, so I’m
not any part of that aspect. If you want to know the back story read Jon
Swift or skippy,
who are coordinating this, though not responsible for my contrarian take on
it or for my adding a nod to a few bloggers or diarists who are at least
fair to Clinton, simply because it’s such a rarity to find. I’m just doing
this today because I feel like it, but they clearly deserve all of the credit
for giving me the push. Also, being pro Clinton isn’t a criteria for being linked,
just to be clear. Nothing fancy, just links. Oh, and the point is for everyone
to click on the links below and actually check these blogs out, you know, send
them traffic.
VetVoice, which is focused on helping our veterans and soldiers.
Securing America, Wes Clark’s blog,
because he’s an American patriot and also because he’s the force behind the
site StopIranWar. (Yes, he also
has endorsed Clinton.)
No Quarter, including this Iraq
war post by Ray McGovern. I realize everyone knows Larry Johnson,
as well as SusanUnPC, but send them some love anyway. They are working very
hard over there these days, with Larry having officially endorsed Clinton a
while back. Let them know you appreciate it.
Tom Watson gets mentioned today simply because
he’s fabulous; Eriposte too.
Eric Massa’s blog, a
terrific veteran running for Congress, along with Jon
Powers, a real hero. Then there’s Donna
Edwards, whom I’ve met and interviewed, and is a terrific candidate.
Some blogs that might not be on your radar or you haven’t visited lately, are
below. I also want to remind all smaller blogs that “Hot
Topics” is a place you can post your best stuff, including a link back
to your blog. Use it! If you have a lesser known blog you like, especially
bloggers who are fair to Clinton, put the link in the comments,
because let’s face it, blogs who show fairness to Hillary are few and
far between. Let’s send some love around. I’ve missed many deserving blogs,
so please put them in the comments.
