Swing Pennsylvania

Earth to the
Obama campaign
:

.. … The Clinton campaign would like to focus your attention only on Pennsylvania
— a state in which they have already declared that they are “unbeatable.”

But Pennsylvania is only one of those 10 remaining contests, each important
in terms of allocating delegates and ultimately deciding who our nominee will
be. … ..

“Only on Pennsylvania?” Right, because Democrats are assured
of taking North Carolina come November.

Mississippi is not a swing state; neither is Idaho, or South Carolina (or North
Carolina); nor is Georgia. However, Pennsylvania is, and regardless of the polls
right now, with Cranky McCain campaigning for NAFTA, I’d venture to guess Clinton
has a chance of beating him in the general election. After Obama’s Canadian
adventures through Goolsbee, I doubt the same holds true, especially once the
GOP 527s go after him.

But all this electability just makes me want to take a big old nap.

Meanwhile, ABC inviting Clinton and Obama to debate in the Keystone State. Clinton has already accepted.

The Clinton campaign today announced that Hillary has accepted an invitation
to participate in a primetime debate hosted by ABC. The debate will be held
in Philadelphia, PA in advance of the April 22nd Pennsylvania primary. The
debate will be broadcast statewide and nationally.

As for me, I’ve got debate fatigue. I’m certain I’m not alone.

UPDATE: Debate is set: April 16th.
