Also wanted to remind everyone about the Rick Warren townhall tomorrow, which starts at 8:00 p.m. eastern. Since Senator Obama refuses to meet for joint townhalls with McCain, this is one of the few opportunities we have before the debates to see them, if only fleetingly, on the stage together, though not mixing it up, but at least talking about issues.
But it’s Tip O’Neill cocktail time. Don’t know if you can put down the sniping for a while, but that’s what he was all about at cocktail hour. At least for the first round.
