Tip O’Neill rules. No bickering or fighting. Just a slow, cool cocktail to end the week. It’s time to put everything aside and talk about things that relax us after a long, tough, frustrating week. Though politics is always a topic at Tip O’Neill cocktail time.

Cheers. Relax. Have a cocktail. …what the hell, have two.
