I researched it last night djjl and the Cymbidiums I bough are meant for cooler climates and actually prefer it outdoors (brought in only in extended cold snaps) My Mom kept hers outside year round down in L.A. I’m in a cooler coastal area in North-central Cal. but I think I’ll be okay.

Moderate Dems = ulterior motives (what’s in it for them?)

The person that caused it all is also a young woman. She was charged with reckless driving. Not anything worse because there was no alcohol involved, just carelessness. Boy will I ever start watching behind me when I’m pumping gas. Such a sad sad freak accident.

Before I go, have to tell you a story that is just heart wrenching. I young woman home on spring break was at the gas station pumping gas when an SUV rammed into a truck which hit her mini van. It exploded and she was pinned between the gas pump and her van. She died. It was really horrific.

My mare was pregnant and living with me. I checked her every night when I thought she was close. I never saw her foal but the night she did I had a feeling she was going to. I went out constantly to check but I think she deliberately wouldn’t do it because I was watching. I finally gave up, had dinner, cleaned up and decided to check on her one more time. Walked up to the pen area and around the stall peeked out a little horse face. He was heaven to me. I will never forget it.

maxadog, that is just too funny because believe it or not Katrina has stated that to me. And it’s shocking to me that she loves the big city because she was only 7 when we moved to the farm. She loved it, especially riding the horses. And it was out a little ways from Colorado Springs.

LOL kris, I know, I loved mine too. I’ll never forget this one mare we had. Whenever she foaled she would make sure it was out in the open so I could see her. She ALWAYS came out of the barn into the corral, laid down and had her foal. One day people had come over to buy a baby goat and they were talking about the mare. Suddenly she laid down and proceeded to foal in front of me and the young couple. They were thrilled because they had never seen a foal born. I loved those babies.

Betsy – I’m about to turn 38 and I’m not planning on waiting for the husband. You can order what you need to have a child over the internet. My poor mother is trying to come to grips with how she will have to explain it to her friends and family in the event that I place my order.

Hi there vintagejulie. And you are right. I asked my hubby who is a retired atty and he said yes it would probably be in the millions to defend on something like this. But the average joe doesn’t understand all that.

It’s like Liddy asking that the names not be released because of all the threats they were getting. People don’t try and work this out in their mind, they are just angry so they want to go after someone, anyone.
