Analysis Angst

First Keith Olbermann has a meltdown over Scott Brown that inspired a critique from Jon Stewart.

David Shuster had a serious rhetorical brawl with Andrew Breitbart on MSNBC earlier today, which precipitated Breitbart to pitch a fit. Shuster also got reprimanded by MSNBC for “inappropriate” tweets over the O’Keefe drama.

As for Chris Matthews, his downward spiral into blithering generational opiates continues.

The only happy warriors having any fun on MSNBC seem to be on “Morning Joe.”

This is the way the rightwing works __

John McCain and Coburn are currently attacking the stim bill’s ‘stupid expenditures’ by pointing to the Napa Wine Train. Except – aah – the Wine Train isn’t getting a penny you idiots. The money is being spent on a Flood Control system – 58 million to prevent floods that have cost the valley 300 million in recent years. Oh – the flood control system requires the train tracks to be moved in one area. This is the ‘waste’ McCain and Coburn are whining about.
Very similar to the ‘train between Disneyland and the Nevada whorehouses, Eh ? Liars – all of them.
Politicians make me sick to my stomach. Lawyers used to be seen as the scum of the earth. Recently, I think pols have passed them – by a long shot.

All that is true Taylor, but please note, no one EVER reprimands the right. They get away with doing and saying anything they like.

I think Schuster has a part missing in his brain. It is related to maturity. I do like it that he unlike others does call out the right on their lies.

Chris Matthew is a JOKE! I know he probably didn’t mean it to come out the way it did but still it is very revealing what he says about forgetting Obama was black. Sounds like Matthews has low expectations of blacks–kinda insulting.

We’re both fans of Joe and Pat, even though we don’t always agree with them.

Morning Joe is my morning routine and Dylan Ratigan is my afternoon favorite on MSNBC; don’t watch Shuster, Olbermann or Matthews anymore, though I do like Rachel Maddow occasionally. But, I can only take so much of Scarborough, too, and then it’s *click* over to Washington Journal on C-Span. At least they have some fun on Morning Joe [Scarborough used to be my rep in Congress, back when I was one of 3 democrats living in Northwest Florida, Ha!:-)].

I like Washington Journal too, very informative. I can only take so much of the callers however before they depress me. MJ gives you a daily read of the temperature in the village.

Can someone answer a question(s) for me? Why is Joe Lieberman still allowed to caucus with the Democrats? Why is Joe still the Chairman of the Homeland Security Committee? Now that Playgirl centerfold Scott Brown has become the 41st Republican vote, Joe Lieberman is no longer the 60th Democratic vote—-not that he ever really was. So why hasn’t the Senate Democratic leadership kicked him to the curb? Peace
